Island Paradise At Affordable Prices!

• House: The rent is $1,700 for 7 days (we rent Saturday through Saturday) between the months of December through August and $1,500 USD months of September - November. A $500 deposit is required. $250 is held as a security deposit and $250 is applied to the rental. Upon your departure, $75 will be applied to cleaning up the house, property and laundry. $175 will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure. Please remember this is our home and the peop le of the island are our friends. We respect them, their culture and the island and surrounding waters they allow us to share with them.

 

 

Housekeeper/Cook: Our Caretaker will find for you someone to cook and clean for you for $50 a day. Be sure to ask them to make you amazing Tacos and Tamales!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tourism Guide: We can connect you with a local guide who can take you on a wonderful day of cultural exploration and learning of the islands amazing heritage. You can tour neighboring sites like Bird Island, Passion Island and the fresh water swimming hole (Yalahau) nearby. 

 

 

 

Fishing Guide: Recommendations (both deep sea and fly) available upon request. Prices vary but for a full day of off shore deep sea fishing for 6, it will run you about $350. Fly fishing is available and some of the best in the world. We recommend that you bring your own equipment though some fly equipment is available. These fishermen are the best of their crafts and know the local waters by season and species. Under the right conditions you will catch more fish, on light tackle in small boats than you ever thought possible. We can have a local guide contact you to assist you with your full day off shore excursion.
